We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phones.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about animals and providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist veterinarians with animal care as needed.
Provide basic customer service, such as answering questions about services offered and providing directions to the office.
