Kelly Services is currently searching for a Process Technician for a client located in Metamora, MI.
Process Technician Process techs are responsible for keeping the machine s running as efficient and scrap-free as possible.
Assist the shift supervisor in maintaining a good work environment Manage the shift in the supervisor s absence Assist and help to resolve personnel problems Fix problems that occur with parts Assist the supervisor when issuing disciplinary actions Assist the supervisor with decision making Assist in placement of Operators on molding machines Assist other Process Techs when they are experiencing problems SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:
Knowledge and ability to utilize Plantstar System Good analytical skills and attentive to detail Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively Proven skills using Microsoft Excel software Basic keyboarding abilities Excellent organization skills Must possess excellent math skills ENVIRONMENT:
Must tolerate working environment with inside ambient temperatures reaching 100
degrees Process Technician May 20133 Must tolerate dust and occasional fumes PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment Must be able to lift, climb, bend, twist, etc.
Must be able to continuously stand on concrete floors JOB
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver s license Must maintain a clean hi-lo safety/accident record Must properly use all safety equipment APPLY NOW!
